We’re hoping to host an Adult Themed New Year’s Eve Party. We have a great house in beautiful Marin County with different levels and lots of room to socialize in various ways. We would offer a safe haven to explore and admire.

This would be a couples and singles party. Straight & bisexual. Age range from 21-45. More attractive than not. Reasonable height/weight proportions. All interactions desirable allowed-with permission from your object of desire, of course. Newbies to seasoned naught boys and girls all welcome.

Theme: New Year’s Eve, New Experiences.
Wear your best themed costume!

We would offer:
*Comfortable, Inviting environment in our home.
*Two Large Open Rooms to get to know each other/play with new friends/voyeurism, etc.
* Medium size sunken room with fireplace
*One bedroom split into two areas for more privacy. Or you can shut the door for short time intervals.
*One “Girls Only” Room split in two. First half for exhibitionists and voyeurs (guys can watch from the door) and the other for girls only to play with each other/experiment. Possibly backlit for a glimpse of the action while still allowing for the more shy to experiment.
* A bar to Store your beverages (BYOB)
* Water
*Hor d’eourves
*Condoms in every room.
* Music
* “Educational” videos in large room to set the mood

Location is easily accessed from Golden Gate and Richmond San Rafael Bridge

First, we have to know that there’s enough interest to make it worth everyone’s while.
Looking for at least 15 couples and about 12-20 singles with minimum of 60% females.
Rates to help cover costs would be $50 singles, $90 couples.

Let us know if you definitely would come on New Years Eve. Give gender, couple of single, age and basic description. As soon as there are enough people to definitely attend we will make it official.
